JobMail is sent to you whenever new job ads matching your Saved Searches are listed. Sometimes your email provider can mark your JobMail as spam and you may never receive it. Please make sure you add jobmail@s.seek.com.au (if you're in AU) or jobmail@e.seek.co.nz (if you're in NZ) to your email account's safe list.
If your search is too specific, or there are spelling errors in your search terms, you may not receive your JobMail. For example, if you've limited it to a specific classification like Client & Sales Administration, instead of the broader Administration & Office Support classification, you may see no results in your location.
How do I check to see if there are results from my Saved Search?
First, sign in (in Australia, click here, in New Zealand, click here) then click your name at the top right of the page and click Saved Searches. From here, scroll down to the Saved Search and click View jobs. If you don't see any job results, this indicates your search is too specific, and you may want to broaden your search terms.
