SEEK Classic ads will now be variably priced based on a number of factors, including candidate availability, location you’re hiring in and average salary for the role.
You can still upgrade to StandOut ads by paying an additional fixed fee on top of the variable Classic ad price.
We will retire subscription contracts to make way for a single contract type for all customers.
This will provide greater flexibility in the way you spend with SEEK so you can use the right ad solutions when you need them, in line with your talent sourcing strategy.
Instead of purchasing a volume of job ads, you can now use your total investment with SEEK (i.e. your annual ad spend commitment) on any job ad type including Classic, StandOut and Premium over a 12-month period.
We are transitioning to one discounting model for all customers, where your annual ad spend commitment with SEEK will be considered in order to calculate your discount rate.
Ad pack and casual purchasers will transition at a later date in 2020.
