If your account was deactivated, and you have recently made a payment:
- by credit card online, please refresh your browser and your account will be reactivated immediately
- by credit card via the pay by phone system (1300 658 700 option 2, option 1), your account will be reactivated within 1 hour
- by EFT, your account will be reactivated the next business day once the payment clears. Or, you can call us and provide your bank's proof of payment and we will reactivate your account immediately.
Please note, any payment received from an international bank account may take longer to clear, and may delay the reactivation of your account.
