To easily send bulk emails to your candidates:
- First, sign in to the SEEK Advertiser Centre
- On the top left of the candidate list, click the check box to Select All
- which lets you select either the first page (20 applicants) or the whole list.
- Now press Send email and type the details in the message box.
- you will see [firstname] in the message box, this means the candidate's name will automatically populate, ensuring personalisation for each candidate.
- a check box towards the top of the message box gives you the option to select whether to enable replies from candidates.
- Click Send, when you're finished
And that’s it, your bulk email has been sent.
